Windows Phone 8.1 Field Guide 0.4

Here is an update to Windows Phone 8.1 Field Guide that includes about half of the third chapter, "The Windows Phone User Experience," plus a few other revisions.

This half-chapter includes "completed" sections about basic navigation and hardware/soft buttons, plus a bit of the common software interfaces section, and I've replaced all of the screenshots in the completed parts.

I keep saying that I won't always be updating this book linearly, but this update does actually follow the previous one, so I'm once again providing the whole book document, even though most of it is rough material from the previous edition with my addition/to-do marks throughout. It's a mess. But that's OK.

I'll have more soon. But I'm going to start cross-posting these Windows Phone 8.1 Field Guide updates to the Field Guide Books web site (which currently is just branded for Windows 8.1 Field Guide), as I plan to consolidate all the books at that one location soon.

Is Microsoft guaranteeing that all WP8 XAP apps works fine on WP8.1? InvokeScript() on WebBroswer is causing my application to break since it seems invokeScript() is not working at all (it is no more synchronous call).
