PC Integration 0.3 and Book 0.007

Another update to the PC integration chapter. I'm thinking the first draft of this short chapter will be done by tommorrow night, but certainly by the weekend.

This update includes rough sections on the Windows Phone desktop application (iTunes and WMP/file system sync) and shared Internet connections.
